Owners of single-family detached homes are eligible for incentives of up to $6,000 for installing energy-efficient measures in their homes. Choose between two packages for participation: |

For incentives up to $1,000 |
Advanced Package:
For incentives between $1,250 and $4,500 Construction Services, Rowland Air and HouseSmart Green Solutions will install a mixture of energy-efficient measures to meet a minimum energy savings of 10% – 40% . Energy Savings will be based on modeling |

*If one or more measures are already installed the home is ineligible for the Basic Package, However you may still participate in the Advanced Package.

Tax Credit: 10% of cost up to $500 or a specific amount from $50 – $300 Expires: December 31, 2011 Details: Must be an existing home & your principal residence. New construction and rentals do not qualify. Manufacturer rebates offered. These are based on availability, please ask your comfort adviser for details. |

Please note, not all ENERGY STAR qualified products qualify for a tax credit. ENERGY STAR distinguishes energy efficient products which, although they may cost more to purchase than standard models, will pay you back in lower energy bills within a reasonable amount of time, without a tax credit.
