Owners of single-family detached homes are eligible for incentives of up to $4,000 for installing energy-efficient measures in their homes. Choose between two packages for participation: |

| Basic Package: For incentives up to $1,000 Construction Services must install ALL of the following measures, as described below in accordance with program requirements.* 1. Air Sealing 2. Attic Insulation to minimum R-30 or better per location jurisdiction. 3. Duct sealing of central duct system. 4. Pipe wrap of all accessible hot water pipe. 5. Installation of low flow shower devices with thermostatic flow restriction valve control or thermostatic flow restriction valve control device. 6. Perform combustion safety test. |
Advanced Package: For incentives between $1,250 and $4,000Construction Services, Rowland Air and HouseSmart Green Solutions will install a mixture of energy-efficient measures to meet a minimum energy savings of 10% – 40% .

*If one or more measures are already installed the home is ineligible for the Basic Package, However you may still participate in the Advanced Package.
Flex Path: Flex Path Overview $1500.00 for every 100 points |

| Effective January 16, 2012, Los Angeles County is pleased to introduce Flex Path. This program offers a $1,500 incentive to owners of detached single family homes. By completing qualifying retrofits, you can increase your home’s energy efficiency, improve comfort, and lower your utility bills.To participate in Flex Path, you must install two or more qualifying measures with a combined point value of 100 or greater using an Energy Upgrade California Participating Contractor (see Qualifying Measures for point values). Depending on your gas and electric utility providers, these measures may also qualify for additional incentives (see Supplemental Utility Rebates to find out more).Once your application is approved, your incentive is reserved for 60 days. Your Participating Contractor can provide instructions and assist you in applying for this incentive online. |
