Rowland Air was the fourth company we interviewed for our AC replacement. During the first visit, service advisor Eric Haymann did a survey, measured the square footage of each room (no other companies did that), and asked us as many questions as we asked him in order to recommend the best options for us. Eric’s thorough, detail-oriented approach really stood out and gave us great confidence in the company. He also kept us posted in every step throughout the process. On the day of installation, a team led by Fredo arrived on time, and worked in a very efficient, well-orchestrated manner. It was a pleasant and rewarding experience working with the company. Your crew headed by Jeff Newland was extremely professional and worked well together to get the job done as cleanly and efficiently as possible. I also was very happy and impressed with the diagnostic services provided by Mr.Jesus Mora who identified the shortcuts that were taken by the person that installed the system. These shortcuts had put my house and I believe, my life in grave danger.

Eric from Rowland Air was very helpful. Eric came out to give me a quote for 3 mini split units for upstairs because our existing unit wasnt cooling off the upstairs. Eric was the 5th inspector that came out he toid me he was the i spector that put in my existing unit many years ago & have been here to service the init after that Eric the inspection told me the best then to do first is the Air Ducts upstairs that would increase your air flow by at least 40%.& it did. Thanks Eric for your true & professional work. I highly recommend using Rowland Air

Also, in the end, tried hard to fit our schedule for their installation before we left for vacation. They installed in a day with no problem because they know what they are doing! The team that came to my home to install were timely, professional, knowledgeable, and super pleasant. I've had work done on my house a few times, and I will say, I was extremely anxious as I haven't had the best experience with other contractors. Rowland Air's HVAC installation team was a breath of fresh air. I am so happy that I went with them and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to service or install a HVAC system. For the record, I purchased a new HVAC system. Updated my thermostat. I am ready for the summer! Thank you Rowland Air team.
