Once a year, your AC, furnace, plumbing, and electrical system each get a thorough look from a Rowland technician. Members also move to the front of the schedule when the calendar fills up during a heat wave, and they never pay a dispatch fee.

If an inspection turns up something that needs work, you’ll get the price before anything starts, and your membership takes 15% off the repair.
