Pipe bursting is one of the trenchless sewer repair methods Rowland Plumbing, Cooling, Heating & Electrical uses to replace sewer lines across the Santa Clarita Valley and nearby communities. Instead of digging out the old pipe, we pull a new one through its path, breaking the old line apart as we go.

It works like this. We dig two small access pits, one at each end of the damaged section. A cone-shaped bursting head is pulled through the old pipe, fracturing it and pushing the pieces into the surrounding soil. A new seamless pipe follows right behind it, taking the old line’s place. Your lawn, driveway, patio, and landscaping stay in place, even on the sloped and terraced lots common around the valley.
