Adding a dishwasher where there wasn’t one before, replacing a corroded shutoff valve, adding an air gap, or running a new dedicated circuit all add to the scope.

Rowland prices by the job, not the hour, so you’ll know the full cost before we start, and that’s the amount you’ll pay. If your dishwasher is leaking or not draining, the same approach applies. The $89 dispatch fee covers the diagnosis and is credited toward the repair if you go ahead.
