Leaks, loose basins, and new installs handled in one visit.
Kitchen & Bathroom Sink Repair in Santa Clarita
A sink is more than the basin you see. Underneath it are shutoff valves, supply lines, a drain assembly, a trap, and the clips or adhesive that hold it in place, and any one of them can start leaking or come loose over time. When water shows up in the cabinet, it usually comes from one of those connections, not the sink itself.
Rowland Plumbing, Cooling, Heating & Electrical repairs, replaces, and installs sinks across the Santa Clarita Valley and nearby communities, including kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and bar sinks. We’ll find the source of the problem, explain your options, and give you one price for the whole job before any work begins.
Kitchen Sink Repair
Your kitchen sink handles hot water, heavy pots, food scraps, and a disposal running on top of it, so its connections take more strain than any other sink in the house. We repair leaking drain assemblies and supply lines, replace worn shutoff valves, reseal basins that have separated from the countertop, and reconnect disposals and dishwasher drains. If the faucet is the problem, our faucet repair service has you covered.
Bathroom Sink Repair
Bathroom sinks usually show their age at the drain. Pop-up stoppers stop sealing, drain flanges start to seep, and overflow channels collect gunk that leads to odors. We fix those parts, tighten or replace loose pedestal and vanity connections, and repair chips or cracks where the basin can still be saved. If the drain itself is clogged, see our drain clearing service.
What Does Sink Repair Cost?
The cost depends on what failed and where it is. Replacing a supply line or tightening a drain connection is a quick fix. Resetting an undermount sink, replacing corroded valves, or repairing water damage in the cabinet takes more time and materials.
Every Rowland repair starts with a diagnosis. The $89 dispatch fee covers the visit and is credited toward the work if you go ahead.
After that, you’ll get one price for the whole job, based on what we find. That’s what you’ll pay, no matter how long the repair takes.
What Comes With Every Rowland Visit
A Technician Within the Hour
Most daytime calls get someone to your door in about 60 minutes, and the quick response doesn't cost extra.
One Price for the Whole Job
We quote the job, not the clock. The number you approve is the number you pay, however long the work takes.
Our Own People, Every Time
Every technician is a background-checked, drug-tested Rowland employee who trains weekly. Shoe covers go on at the door, and we clean up before we go.
How Long Does Sink Repair Take?
Simple sink repairs, like a new supply line, a drain gasket, or a shutoff valve, are usually done in under an hour. Our trucks carry those common parts, so you’re not waiting on a second visit.
Bigger jobs take longer. Resetting a sink that’s pulled away from a stone countertop may need time for the adhesive to cure, and replacing a full sink means disconnecting and reconnecting the faucet, drain, and any disposal or dishwasher lines. If we find a hidden leak that has damaged the cabinet floor, we’ll let you know and recommend leak detection to make sure nothing else is affected.
Your plumber will give you a time estimate before starting and keep you updated if anything changes.
Should You Repair or Replace Your Sink?
Repair is usually the right call when the basin itself is in good shape, and the problem is a valve, line, drain part, or seal. Those fixes are quick and cost far less than a new sink.
Replacement makes more sense when a porcelain or composite basin is cracked through, an enamel finish has chipped down to the metal and started to rust, or you’re updating the kitchen or bath and want a new style. We’ll give you prices for both options so you can decide. If you go with something new, we can help you choose and install it through our fixture installation service.
